Watergate Homework: Friday, May 19th

Homework to be returned to school by 25th May.

As part of their reward for working so hard in the run up to and during our Key Stage One assessments, the children will not be asked to complete the usual homework this week.

Please help your child to practise their spellings, and continue to read with your child as often as possible.

Thank you for supporting your child’s learning at home. It has a significant impact on their confidence and success in school.

Spellings - Please practise any words that your child has struggled with over the last term. These will be retested after Easter.

It is important to keep up with reading over the next two weeks, as there is often a significant slip backwards for children who don’t read at all over holiday periods. Your child should have 2 books in their book bag.

Thank you for your continued support.

Have a very happy Easter.
