Our Invisible Bucket.

BeFunky collage 4

This week in Newgate we have been learning about an invisible bucket.

This bucket can be filled through the kindness of others and the kindness you give to others. Newgate have made cards, wrote letters and shared lovely play to make sure that they are filling the buckets of their friends.

As a group we have looked at how we fill our class bucket and what choices we make that support and make our Newgate family feel good. The children have recorded and recognised these actions.

This week we have welcomes Daniel Morden the author of ‘So Hungry’. It was wonderful to have him read and tell come stories to the children as next week in and around the ice cream farm trip we will be focusing on this story!

So Hungry

Ice Cream Farm: Please ensure that your child comes to school in summer uniform. Your child will not need a change of clothes. Please ensure every child comes to school with sun cream on and a hat.

Please refer to the homework blog and thank you for your continued support.
