English: Please complete the capital letters and full stops task on pg 36-37 of your SPaG homework books.

Reading: Please encourage your child to read daily and complete this in their reading diary, after every book they read. There are spare book review sheets in Eastgate, as there is not enough in the reading diaries. Encourage your child to reflect on their reading and complete their book review in the free reading diary.

Spellings: All children have been given their spelling groups and a spelling slip. Our spelling test will be next Friday.

Mathematics: Please complete the sheet on factor pairs. Remember these are the numbers you can times together to reach the given number. For example, factor pairs of 10 would be 1x10, and 2x5.

We have been working on this during maths this week. Therefore, this should help consolidate the children’s learning.

Times Tables: Please practice your 6 and 9 times tables.

English: Have a think about what your spirit animal may be. Once you have decided, write a short paragraph giving reasons on why you believe this animal to be your spirit animal. For example, if you are a quiet person you animal could be a mouse.
